i dropped my phone and my touch screen no longer works. i can use siri but some things can’t be done bc my phone is locked. is there anyway siri can bipass or remove the passcode so i can enter my phone?

No, you will need to have it repaired.

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.
