The current Pages application from the Mac App Store requires macOS 11 or later for installation, thus no Pages v12.1 for Mojave is possible. If you have never installed Pages v5 or later from the Mac App Store, then there is no means to get Pages at all for Mojave. Pages would not appear on your Desktop, it would be installed in your /Applications folder in the Finder sidebar, or its alias would be in your Dock.

If you have installed Pages v5 or later in the past, you can launch the Mac App Store on Mojave, and sign in with the same Apple ID as you used to perform the previous installation. Having done that, you can type cmd+0 (zero) to bring up the Purchased panel, and Pages should have an Update button or symbol adjacent to it that indicates you can download. Click that.

You may be greeted by one or two dialogs. If the first just states that you need a newer version of macOS to install Pages, acknowledge it (do not click Cancel), and then a second dialog should appear offering to install the last compatible version of Pages for macOS Mojave. That will be Pages v10.1.
