Updating an iPhone:

C. IMPORTANT: If you have an option to update, however, then be certain you backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update

That being said, please check if you have 50%. If you don’t plug it in. Make sure it has 20%, even if it is plugged in. If, after that you still can’t upgrade, please contact Apple Support.

Okay. Please make sure you do not have a Beta Profile, VPN, and that you are connected to Wi-Fi and low power mode isn’t activated. Please check that you have at least 5 GB of iPhone Storage as well.

Please tell me what iPhone you have.
