My iPhone is hacked

My iPhone is hacked, well I’m 99% sure it is because if I’m on a app or typing my phone will start swiping or typing itself. My Home Screen had 4 pages of apps but now only has 3 all the apps are still there but it’s gone. How do I know if my iPhone is hacked or if there is a software problem and how can I fix or get rid of it.

I'm 100% sure it is not hacked. Its an iphone and unless you jail broke it it is not hacked.

Typing by itself is usually a broken screen.

First try a Forced restart Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)

If no better you should arrange a repair

iPhone Service & Repair - Apple Support

Or

 Contact - Official Apple Support

Anything other than Screen or Battery may be a replacement phone and the price is in the article under "Other damage"

You can have some home screens set up to only appear in certain Focus modes . Delete all personal focus modes.

It's probably correct that the typing phenomenon you described was just liquid on your screen, a broken digitizer, or another similar explanation. Seeing typing on your screen is an unusual thing to report and it's counterintuitive if you think about it because someone accessing a device without authorization would typically want to conceal their activities.

Did this just happen once or do you have any additional details?
