All the automations I have set up have failed to run as of 2 days ago. I had them all turned off as I was traveling and turned them all on before getting home. None of them worked and have not since. when turning on and off the automations I test the automations and they work fine. All the connected devices work fine with HomeKit and I have complete control.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

I have and I have fixed the issue for my Home. Not an iOS16 issue but an tvOS16 issue. Opened seatings on my AppleTV, selected AirPlay and HomeKit and turned Home Hub off and then back on. That's all it took for me.
