Traded in my old iPhone and bought new iPhone. But did not unpair my iwatch from old phone. Now I cannot pair my iPhone and iwatch. What do I need to do to pair my iPhone and iwatch

Setup your Watch to a new iPhone

And start at the section "if you don't have your old phone".
