My card was getting on hold because of iTunes I did some in game purchases I had about 25$ in my visa but I didn’t know about it so I bought about 3 pack each one costs about 11$ and one about 1.19$ but iTunes spend 12$ and a have 12$ more can you help me please?

Hello ~ Go ahead an contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'


Contact through link or by going to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:


Contact Apple for support and service


If this is not your issue post back with more details.
