My 9yr old son was charged for a photo app should not have been billed he never uses the app he doesn’t even have a sign on.

I would like a refund for Picsart my son was charged for a app he has no access to on his iPad he is a 9 yr old kid and Apple Cash was billed 55.99 and took all his money.

Picsart is an free app, but has an In-App Purchases -> such as Picsart Gold - Annual - $55.99.

Someone clicked Picsart Gold regardless of whether the app is being used or not.

You need to cancel the In-App Purchases -> Picsart Gold - Annual, see ⤵️

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed – Apple Support (UK)

 

Then try -> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.
