Why can’t I add another card to my wallet? The add button on the wallet isn’t opening.

Hi,

This occurs when your language/region for your device is not set to the United States. Go to Settings > General > Language/Region > United States.

Afterwards, go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay and you should be able to add cards, as well as set up Apple Cash.

You can add up to 12 total cards if you have an iPhone 8 or later. You can add up to 8 total cards if you have an iPhone 7 or earlier.
