What is the latest OS my 2014 MacBook Air can upgrade to?

I have a Mac Book Air 2014 model now running High Sierra 10.13.6. What can I upgrade to. I am having issues with a new printer.

An early 2014 can be upgraded to the latest version of Big Sur macOS 11 but no later. See: How to download macOS - Apple Support

Note that if you upgrade to Catalina or Big Sur, if you have any non-Apple 32-bit apps you will also need to update them. To see if you have any, the following may help: https://www.stclairsoft.com/Go64/
