Since I updated my iPhone 12 mini to iOS 16, Siri is not working. I do get an answer to “Hey Siri”, but when I ask something after that the only answer I get is: “an error occurred, please try again.” I am now on iOS 16.0.3 and the problem still persists.

Retrain Siri with your voice
