Hello, I deleted videos from my iphone, after from recovery deleted album too, because I thought that there were on Icloud, but after deleted some backups from icloud, they disappear. Please tell me if it possible to find old, deleted videos. Thanks

Commiserations on the lost videos.
Seems iCloud mainly syncs your files across devices.
Eg: If you delete a file from a device, that file is deleted everywhere that is in sync.
Once permanently deleted from the "Recently deleted" folder,
seems the only way to recover the files is by backing up all your current files to keep them safe,
and then restoring an earlier back-up that contained the desired files.
Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
Else" if there is no back-up containing the files you want:
You can check your sent eMails / Messages to find copies of videos you have shared,
or
contact friends or family members who may have copies of the videos you want.
