I tried updating my phone and it only got to the preparing update screen then froze what happened?
iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 15
Patience. Preparing Update can take 30 minutes or more.

That’s not what I’m saying. it freezes and has sat in the same spot for 30 mins so no it’s not patients it’s something else
Is it connected to power, charged above 50%, and connected to Wi-Fi? And is Low Power Mode off?
