No. This is not an option.

Skip Unlocking your iPhone:

Tap on the active call on the Lock Screen. The phone controls popup, allowing you to mute or unmute.

No. This is not an option.

Skip Unlocking your iPhone:

Tap on the active call on the Lock Screen. The phone controls popup, allowing you to mute or unmute.

There are no tap or touch controls on AirPods Pro.

There is a force sensor on the stem that you squeeze.

squeezing it will hang the call up.

There is no way to mute the microphone on the AirPods.
