I was confused for a moment and added money to my apple store and I thought it was apple pay! Now I can't request a refund for the money back into my bank account. even on the refund page there is no option to select that payment and request it back, there you can just request it for the purchased application. There is not even an email address to contact them!

Do you mean you have added funds to your Apple ID balance?

If you have Apple ID balance you can't use.
You can't redeem or return Apple Gift Cards, App Store & iTunes Gift Cards or unused Apple ID balance for cash, except as required by law. If your jurisdiction allows the refund of redeemed gift balances, you can contact Apple Support to request a refund.
When you contact Apple, include the following information:
• Your Apple ID.
• The refund amount.
• Your current delivery address.
But you can use that funds to buy apps.

If you update your payment method or add funds to your Apple ID balance, It would take about 1 to 3 business days in order to process.
If you're still unable to update your payment method, Contact Apple Support.

Thank you! But I don't need to buy an app, I just want my money back in my bank account! There is no option on the link you sent. I was there 100 times and had no option to click add money and request a refund.
I tried that first! Every link and every support page forces me to write about the problem and they all go to the same page: contact Apple Support to request a refund. And there, as I said, is no option. There is not even an email address or phone number available.
Should I choose a different topic here? Because everything about refunds takes me to this page, and if I click continue, it goes back to the refund page I mentioned!
Go back and look for an option to type your own message. You may need to use another country's support page for it to appear.
