Wi-Fi problem

There is a problem with my Smartphone's WI-FI system

The problem is that it often does not connect to the Wi-Fi router,

even if mobile internet is turned off

I contacted the local service technicians, they could not solve the problem

if i turn the smartphone off and on again it starts working

This happens over and over again, the Wi-Fi tries to connect to the router over and over and fails

Hello,

Does this Wi-Fi issue happen only when you connect to your home Wi-Fi or all Wi-Fi? Not sure if this would fix it, but you can try to Reset Network Settings. Go to Settings > General > all the way down and click Transfer and Reset iPhone > reset > Reset Network Settings. This may also cause connection issues too. Do you have a VPN?

Hopefully, this helped,
