How do I turn off all the Siri AI suggestions and observations?

Since iPhone 14pro and ios16 I get all sorts of unsolicited tips and reminders ( I assume from Siri).

how can I stop this nonsense? If there was a question mark in an email, Siri reminds me to follow up on unanswered questions. Every time there is possible contact info in an email or message I get numerous pop up’s asking if I want to add it to a contact or make a new one.

I would like to have all of this stop

Turn Siri Suggestions on or off for an app

Siri Suggestions are on by default for your apps. You can turn them off or change the settings at any time.

1. Go to Settings > Siri & Search, scroll down, then select an app.

2. Turn settings on or off.
