2021 Macbook Pro overheating and short battery life

Question 1: Why does my Macbook Pro get so hot? I only opened 10 regular Google webpages and started a IntelliJ but not running.

Question 2: Besides that, I have no idea why the battery runs out of charge quickly! Since I started to use it 2 hours ago, it has dropped to 38% from 100%... So fast! Unbelievable! And I also went to check the battery health and it showed "Battery Health". It is really a little weird! After all, I just purchased it yesterday. Honestly, a little bit disappointed

Run EtreCheck and post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper. Most likely you have some third party software installed which is interfering with the normal operation of macOS.

Run the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected.
