Still Being Charged for A Canceled Subscription

Apple is still attempting to charge me for a subscription I canceled well before the trial ended. Now because they are still trying to charge me I'm unable to purchase anything from the app store. I don't have any active subscriptions and I don't have the option to cancel since I've already done that.
