I received a new IPhone 14 today. I can't receive texts from Android phones. I can send them but not receive them. I can also make and answer calls just fine so cellular service is fine. I've tried the tips on the internet like turning off then back on iMessages, Sms, Mms, etc, but nothing seems to work. Any additional advice?

Check with your carrier. SMS/MMS are controlled by your carrier, as they use a portion of the cellular band. Your account needs to be provisioned to send/receive SMS/MMS, and your carrier needs to troubleshoot that.
