Hi my daughter currently has lost her phone and we are still within the one year warranty parameters , what will be the charge to replace this device if we have tried to locate it and it’s not showing online anymore! She has an I phone xr which is fully paid for ! Less than a year old ! How do I get this claim submitted to start the process to get the replacement phone as well?
