Face ID setting option is missing from the settings menu

I have been working with Apple for over eight weeks now almost daily, trying to keep a stocker out of my phone and other devices. Every day is a new adventure and how this person tries to engage me and today it was disabling or I should say completely removing the option to set my Face ID with no longer operates telling me to go to screen time in settings is, unbelievably poor advice. What exactly needs to be done other than yet another call to Apple every day. Why are things such as shortcuts widgets screen time focus adaptability settings, and switches so easily manipulated by outside actors. Can you please tell me how I can just turn off certain things that are allowing my stalker/hacker to get into my phone? How is he able to do this, now I have to drop everything and run to my bank in the morning to see White he may have stolen not to mention all the other apps that rely on Face ID authentication. Please give me a quick short answer.

Keep the iPhone updated to the latest iOS always and never Jailbreak. That's it.


iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware if it is updated to the latest iOS/iPadOS unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device or/and have Jailbroken. 


It (Hacking) also depends on how careful are you in sharing sensitive and valuable information pertaining to your iPhone such as Passcode, Password, etc with your friends and family members.


Be careful when sharing the device's sensitive and valuable information with friends and family members.


Thumb Rules:

  1. Enable  Guided Access before handing over an iPhone to kids
  2. Don't share Apple IDs
  3. Don't Jailbreak
  4. Don't share sensitive information pertaining to your device and payment methods
  5. Beware of Phishing
  6. Do not share your location with a stranger --> Find friends and share your location with Find My
  7. If you see this --> What to do if you get an alert that an AirTag, Find My network accessory or set of AirPods is with you

They were able to change settings even in lockdown mode and no one has the solution. My research seems to point to Apple Configurator. I know nothing about it but the description of permissions allowed by apple fit. He has also deployed countless switches, focus, fitness, widgets and shortcuts to thwart even Apple IPhone 14 pro will no longer open. Neither apple or Best Buy can get it open. It’s dead.
