CarPlay issues

I have a 2022 Honda CR-V. Suddenly the CarPlay doesn’t recognize my phone and also my vehicle is not on the available vehicle list. I have tried different usb cords, turning off blue tooth, making sure CarPlay is on in settings, basically all the suggestions that I could find online. I am at a loss as to how to solve this. My phone will charge when connected via usb in the car, but no CarPlay . I have an iPhone XR.Please help!
