my iPhone zoom out I csnt turn in off and its freezing

Then try to turn Off Zoom.

Try this -> Tap with your three fingers on the screen and slide the screen until you can tap Settings and further.

Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Zoom -> turn it Off.
