How to reset my MacBook Pro to factory settings?
Unable to log in. How do you reset your macbook pro to factory settings? I tried the command R when you start it up but it just takes me back to the login screen.

You do not paint a very big picture here..
old issue, new issue, what changed?
Do have backups of your user data?
Is this a matter of simply forgeting your login/admin psswd?
What exact Mac is this—which will determine how easy or complex the resolve to move forward...
