Make sure you have at least 10GB free space.
If you have a VPN turn it off.
Ensure you have a good WiFi connection.
You need 50% battery charge and preferably leave it connected to power.
Turn off Low Power mode.
If you have a beta profile at Settings > General > VPN & Device Management remove it.
