mail app just shows attachment
Hi All ,
apple mail app only shows attachments in some incoming emails , There is no problem when I open the same mail in outlook. please check attached screenshot.

Have you shut down and rebooted more than once since the upgrade(?)
Have you tried a SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies...

When you go to launch Mail.app hold the Shift key for a fresh launch of the app and compare your results
Mail issues in macOS Monterey.
Open mail app select Mail>Preferences>Privacy and compare your results: with all disabled:
“Protect Mail Activity” /
“Hide IP address” /
“Block all remote content”
