I need to turn OFF Do not disturb. It is not working correctly

How do I TURN OFF FOCUS! TURN OFF DO NOT DISTURB. It is not working properly and I am not getting the notifications I need.

Go to Settings>Focus>Do Not Disturb, turn Off. Set up a Focus on iPhone - Apple Support
