Since I updated my M1 MAC mini to Venture, when I'm attempting to resize a window they go all "wonky" and jump around between large and small and I cannot resize them properly. Is this a bug in Ventura? I have the latest Apple Magic keyboard and Trackpad.

I rebooted the MAC mini and it has resolved this issue.
