hi cant open my mac book pro model :A1297 SN: W8***QTT. when apple logo shows half way start apple logo despair from screen and shows ⊘ sign . try somany time getting exposited. please i need ur help thanks

Hold Command-R at startup. This launches your on-disk Recovery software, if available.
Recovery provides the tools to launch Disk Utility and check the Disk Directory using the 'Repair' function.

Thanks for replying. How I can do it and which operating system down load if u send me the link . I m not good with computers. Advice me to do . I try to did safe mode can't be done having same issues
Making a Proper USB stick installer correctly is complex.
If you can get Recovery mode to run, it will re-install MacOS, if you ask it to.

Hi sir . I did Al the interaction as says couple of times . Then make bootable USB with as u say macos El Capitan . When put USB I did power button hold options key .not shows USB on screen shows as
I press enter key do same thing apple logo shows progress half on prosece come to this screen. If anything u can contract me 514 476 3598 . Pls
