No packages were eligible for install when downloading Ventura

I waited too long for ventura to download only to get a message, "No packages were eligible for install. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance."

I'm using a Macbook Pro, 2017 with touch bar. My current OS is BigSur, I also tried to update to monterey but I also received an error "Gatekeeper..."

Does anyone know how to solve this? Thank you in advance!

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.7

"Gatekeeper..." what? what is the rest of the error message?

You can try launching the upgrade from a Safeboot

—SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

third parry interference—Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS

If you still have an issue— try the direct download from Apple "software distribution network" server:

(This is the current Ventura, Version: 13.0, Size: 11866804KiB, Build: 22A380)
