I have iMac mid 2010 and trying to download office for Mac. It says that I am unable to install office as I require macOS version 10.15 or later. I'm currently running 10.12.6, am I able to upgrade with my machine.

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

Your iMac can't be upgraded past High Sierra. Try using a product such as LibreOffice instead.
