To help with this, please make sure you follow the steps here If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud - Apple Support and if you are still having an issue, please answer these questions:
- What specific iPhone model Identify your iPhone model - Apple Support do you have?
- What iOS version Find the software version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support is currently installed on this iPhone?
- Are you able to sign into iCloud on a different device? Can you sign into the iCloud.com website with your Apple ID?
- Are you getting any error messages?
- Can you sign into a different Apple website, like https://appleid.apple.com/, with your Apple ID?
