Iphone 14 pro max shattered back

I've only had my phone a few months and it's never been out of the Apple case from the day it arrived or dropped and the back of the phone and camera's are all shattered. Will this be covered under warranty without me having to put out even more money then the $1200 I've already paid for the phone.

something this expensive shouldn't break this easily, what will apple do for me ?
