iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server

I cannot connect to my icloud mail in a browser. I get the error "iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server". I have tried multiple browsers on multiple devices, and even different internet providers. If I ask someone else to access icloud mail on my device, their icloud works. It onlyt happens when I try to log in with my account (on any device an, any browser, with caches cleared, or even when using a different network provider).
