My iPhone update is not installing

To update over the air from the phone all of these requirements must be met:

• You need at least 10 GB of free storage for iOS 16 or 6 GB for iOS 15 or lower; more is better
• You must be connected to a Wi-Fi network (and not a personal hotspot)
• The phone must be charged to at least 50%, and preferably plugged in so it stays above 50% during the update
• The phone must not be in Low Power Mode
• The phone must not be connected through VPN, and it may be necessary to delete any VPN apps and VPN profiles
• The phone cannot be in Airplane mode
• You cannot still have a beta version installed on the phone
• You cannot have a previous version that was downloaded, but not installed - go to Settings/General/iPhone Storage to look; if you find an iOS installer, delete it

If you can't meet all of them you can still update using your computer.

Seeing your product list, it looks like your iPhone 7 is still running the prehistoric iOS 13.

In such a situation, installing the update wirelessy might be very difficult and, most likely, unsuccessful.

I suggest that you try to update it via computer (if you don't have a computer borrow one from your friends/neighbors, or ask for help at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider), then learn how to update your device manually if you're using a Mac with macOS Catalina or later, or if you're using a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier or a Windows PC.

Your watch must be charged to above 50% and connected to its charger, and to Wi-Fi (the same Wi-Fi network that your phone is connected to). The phone should be connected to power also; in theory, not essential, but if your having issues its a good idea to eliminate as many artifacts as possible.

I’ve downloaded downloaded the latest IOS for my Apple Watch, but unable to install. I need help.
