I have recently downloaded tickets for a sporting event into my wallet multiple times from ticket master, and every time without fail in a few days they just disappear from my wallet. It is extremely frustrating and I can find no real answer on why this continues to occur. The events have yet to happen so this is not an issue with expired tickets.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Seems the tickets may have been mistakenly "hidden" before the expiry date ...
(... you may want to let ticket-master know ... may be it is a software issue.)
In the Wallet app on your Apple Watch,
tap "View Expired Passes".
Tap a pass to view its details.
Scroll down and tap "Unhide" to return the pass to the main view of the Wallet app
If you don't want to automatically hide your "expired" passes,
you can turn this feature off in Wallet & Apple Pay settings on either your iPhone or Apple Watch.
