Beats Studio buds (left ear) making constant chirping noise less than 60 days after purchase

There's nothing that should cause them to be making a noise like that. With that said, we'd recommend you try to reset them: Reset your Beats Studio Buds

Hi,

I bought the Beats Studio buds 163 days ago. A few weeks ago, I had the same chirping noises on one ear.

I reseted the ear buds and after a week or so, the chirping noises returned. Now after I reseted the buds about 10 times, in two weeks, either the left or the right bud isn't working (only one side is connecting). What should I do?
