Disabled in ap store and iTunes

How do I fix being disabled in App Store ? Apple account was hacked and charged a .99 and several 99.99 charges to my account. I got a new card and can’t update apps or card

To update your card, you need to -> Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.

https://appleid.apple.com

On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.


Or -> Change, add or remove Apple ID payment methods

Change, add or remove Apple ID payment methods – Apple Support (UK)

  • Add first the new card, then remove the old one.


If you update your payment method or add funds to your Apple ID balance, It would take about 1 to 3 business days in order to process.

If you're still unable to update your payment method, Contact Apple Support.

Is the invoice from Apple?, try to -> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

Request a refund for apps or content you've bought from Apple – Apple Support (UK)


If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.

If you want to make purchases or update / download apps, including free apps, you need to ->  update your payment method or add a new one
