New phone
The easy transfer from my old iphone didn’t work. I transferred all my data to iCloud but don’t know how to transfer it to my new phone. Need help

I assume that you mean that Quick Start didn’t work for you. There are two other ways to transfer your data to a new device. Both ways involve restoring a backup. See this Apple support article for help.
