I am really disappointed that emails generated on my MacBook prints out with very small font size. I have not seen a way around this or way to solve it with default setting. For a pricy computer, I am surprised and disappointed by the basic email app! How do others cope with or solve this?

I can not remember the last time I printed out a hard copy of an email... so not much help there.
I might suspect it is a printer setting... did you try making changes there.

If it is listed as AirPrint printer, delete the existing printer in
> System Settings> Printers & Scanners, and add it again, select AirPrint.
