First, make sure the subscription really is canceled. (Some folks think that deleting the app will cancel the subscription, which it does not.) Follow the steps in here: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
If the subscription is truly canceled and the payments are still being taken, contact Apple Support: Contact - Official Apple Support
