Well, we are your fellow end users, not Apple, and have no secret lists of numbers.
However, you might try this:
That may offer you a phone option. Likely it will mean leaving your number and waiting fora call-back.
⚠️ BE CAREFUL where you find numbers. I could not find the second number you posted on the Apple site so web-searched it. It returned to a company in Phoenix AZ, not Apple. Other users report unsolicited spam calls fro that number alleging to be Apple that are not.
There are scams actively running where third-party service shops pay for ad placement on search engines that put their non-Apple number above Apple's. If you see a web result that says only "Apple Support" and a number, it could be one of those.
For numbers for ANY company, always get the number for the company's web site, not a search engine.

Hello ~ To add to *Allan Jones’* excellent post that second number is a fraudulent phone number. Many pose as Apple in order to scam your personal information.

If you want to call, this is Apple's support number: 800-275-2273.
b,
FYI, OP had that one originally but the Hosts deleted it as well when I reported the bogus number for removal.
I guess that was an "eradicate all" mission since that is their number.
