iCloud storage

Hi I have 102GB of 200GB used up on my phone but when i go onto photos of try to make an iMovie, it says storage full and free up space? I have lots of storage.

There is no iPhone with 200GB of storage. You are probably referring to iCloud Storage, which has nothing to do with your iPhone's local capacity.

Check Settings->General->iPhone Storage for your actual iPhone's storage capacity.
