Macbook Icon Suddenly Appears on Desktop

Hi,

For some reason an icon for my MacBook has appeared on my desktop. And quite frustratingly, I can't get rid of it.

Please note this is not an icon for the hard drive for the MacBook. I know that can be removed from the desktop in Finder settings.

I've attached a photo.

see if you can delete it...

reboot as normal.
