Purchase gone wrong

I have just purchased a iTunes song and the money has gone out of my bank account, but it says I haven’t purchased anything on iTunes Store

Have you received an invoice from Apple?.

If so, it will be stated on the invoice for what you have to pay.

Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.
