I am considering to purchase iPhone 12 pro or 13 pro.

Do you have stock the above model ?

You won't find these stocked in any Apple Store. They have both been discontinued. iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 (neither are pro models) are still sold by Apple. You may find pro models at other retailers however, such as your cellular carrier or BestBuy for example.

You will need to contact the stores yourself.

The pro version of iPhone 12 and 13 is no longer sold by Apple.
