thunderbolt/usb-c ports don't work

Just updated my macbook pro 14" 2021 to Ventura and now all 3 thunderbolt ports don't work. Tried everything (like trust all accesories) but still no solution. Suggestions online tell me I have to wait for an bugfix/ new update. How is this possible?

Anyone know how to fix this?
