I have a Mac book air 2016 I can’t get into it it has a? It just blinks on a blank when I open up my Mac I have a a Apple iCloud that I never made but I can’t get out because it’s in this **** Mac, which it doesn’t work I still have it and nobody seems to know what to do.

Not really sure what you're showing. Looks like you've accessed the system. The password reset would likely be the password on your Mac (and/or your hard drive) and nothing to do with iCloud.
Question, how do I close out my old Apple iCloud ID?
