No. As iOS/iPadOS devices are not AirPlay receivers, they do not support mirroring between similar devices

As with only a very few exceptions both iPhone and iPad can run essentially the same Apps - and access exactly the same services - you simply need to install whichever App you are using on your iPhone on the iPad.
